My friend and I went over for a midnight snack, being the perpetual foodies that we are. Having had JW steakhouse on our bucket list for a long time now, this seemed like THE opportunity. We were pleasantly greeted by thr staff inclusive of thr wait staff and manager, both made us feel cordially welcomed. We ordered the Austrailian 300 days grain fed grade 3+ black onyx steak and the Free Range Bultarra Saltbush Lamb with a side of Hand Cut Fries and Smokey Fries. While we waited for the order we were served with two different types of bread with 3 different kinds of butter, don’t remember which ones but they were soft and fresh. The main course was served after about 30-40 minutes. The steak was medium well and cooked to perfection! Extremely tender, succulent and with apt retention of moisture. The ribs as well, tender, well done and melted in our mouth like butter. The sides were okay, the paprika a little weak over the fries but you could tell they were sliced from fresh potatoes. The staff was very attentive, polite and accommodating. The food was delicious and the cheesecake was phenomenal. I still have guests talking about the experience and it’s been two weeks! Thank you guys for making this experience a memorable one and keep up the amazing work!!
Had a phenomenal Valentine’s dinner last night. Service was top class, knowledgable waitrons, romantic ambiance and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back.
Wonderful meal with great company. Food is fabulous, staff are extremely attentive and ambiance is lovely. Meal choices for all included the smoked salmon starter that was amazing. The Aberdeen ribeye could be cut with a butter knife and the rack of lamb was outstanding. Enjoyed the sweet potato fritter as well. Will be back.
Food and service was soo good , they are specialized in steaks you can choose the cut, sauce, grams, cooking actually they do it as you want, tge prices about AED250 per person

That was a nice experience in general. Despite minor delays in some requests but the service was amazing. The food was delicious. In details: steak very good, the cut is a bit thinner than my preference but it was amazing. The waiter offered us one additional steak sauce to what we requested, they varies from okay to very good. The mashed potatoes were superb as well as the mushrooms. Not forgetting the yummy bread and selection of butter they serve at the beginning.
