Where to start? This was my place to hangout or run away from stress. They have great food and awesome shisha if only made and served by rubell. Best shisha guy out there in Abu Dhabi. Oh the staff that is where I made long lifetime friends. Best sweetest staff ever! I miss this place, maybe I’ll pop my head by soon ♥️
Strangely, would probably not agree with most of the reviews here. Very rude staff, with the exception of the boys at the shisha stand. Great property, run by really rude staff and management. It’s probably a ‘thing’ when it comes to handling different ‘segments’ of people. The waiter at the restaurant did not want to clean up the water drunk by the earlier party and refresh the water, stating that the ‘water is just fine’ as people may have just had it off the glasses. It was clear that the glasses were used. He then went on to showing his dismay in having to serve anything else, hence just stated that everything is closed. The management then decided to throw a whole group of people waiting for their delayed transport out of their entry area, in to the scorching desert stating ‘this is a offlimits’. Mind you, the only amenity these folks were looking forward to was some shade and way off the resort premises for full paying guests(and the group were paying guests on a special conditions). I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, on the terms of extremely poor hospitality. Hotels in poorer countries would’ve taken better care of non paying guests on humanitarian grounds.
The worst cafe that I have been to .there is a cabin charge of 10 per hour when it’s practically empty. The food took a very long time to come being we were the only people in da cafe . There is no hygiene as I had flies over my tea and pizza. The wifi was not connecting and the lady only decided to help after asking her again and again for half an hour . All in all guys remember the customer is always right and you need to go out of your way to help . I’d rate it 2 out of 10. It’s really not value for money and they really don’t care if you stay or leave.
Good portion of food. Sheesha a little expensive.Ambience good. . TV for each group. Dim lighting. Good staff. Clean toilet. Pasta was good. Burger was small.
Nice place to chill but sheesha is something you dont want to go there i didnt find it good as well as the servicel, it was closing time and every one were exhausted may be its the reason i didnt fell better in the service section any how nothing much exciting i will go some time again to check it out for second thoughts..
Usual hangout spot for our group of friends, we usually go there for drinks and shisha and of course, fifa! Their food is good too, the portions are big. Nice atmosphere however it’s not as cozy for a huge group of people, try to limit it to maximum 5 persons as the tables are already packed. The staff are friendly and helpful, if you become a regular visitor you start becoming friends with them haha. They give you free 2.. or 3 hours i’m not sure of free parking in the underground parking with a bill of 100+ approximately.
The right place to go if you are craving to have sheesha, turkish coffee and watch football. If you are working closeby and it is one of those days when you just can’t wait to get out and sip some coffee & sheesha instead of heading home not head home. The turkish coffee here is pretty good, so are the sandwiches . I love the coolers/mocktails they have. The pineapple+orange+mango+banana cooler is my favourite. Sometimes when I don’t feel like heading to Corniche to have sheesha in a quiet corner, by the sea shore, I like to come here. It lies in the heart of a busy locality in Mariah Island, right next to Mariah mall. You can get a table inside if you want to be secluded and play some games with friends while you have sheesha or outside where you can watch some TV and amuse yourself by looking outside at the street where shoppers and joggers keep bustling all evening. I have so far tried only the quick bites and beverages here. The service here is commendable. They have very few staff members but they still manage to deliver good service.
