I visited Filaments for their afternoon tea. The price is quite reasonable but the overall tea experience could be much better. The seating area can definitely be more comfortable. The teas are served well in a pot however the hot chocolate was full of foam and lacked cocoa flavor. The savory treats were good with generous portions. The sweets could do with at least 1 good chocolate option. The pistachio macaroon we were served was very tasty but it was falling apart. The service was nice and the cafe is quite empty during tea time so its good if you want a private space. Doesn’t work if you want a lively ambiance.
