Delivered softdrink completely fallen on chicken and chicken was unable to eat. Never will order from Popeyes and zomato as we ordered crispy not soggy
Normally the fries are excellent but this time they reached cold and soggy. The new spicy cajun wrap is really good. Bad thing is food reached cold after 1 hour delivery.
LONG POST! Had a nightmare kind of service from zomato deliveries and Popeyes last night. We got midnight cravings and placed an order through zomato at Popeyes at 12:45. (You can see in the image are order was punched at 12:48) it was supposed to be delivered at 1:29. After trying to get through zomato chat, to get an update and completely failing at it. Decided to call the restaurant. They said at 1:33 the order is on its way. We did believe them. At 1:50 we decided to get an update through zomato and failed again. But thanks to their bot messaging we could immediately cancel the order.Completely frustrated we decided to sleep and we get a phone call from the delivery guy he’s outside at 2:25!!! And he says the restaurant is closed and we will have to take the order as he doesn’t know what to do with it. We take the order as nice human beings. And we received completely soggy fries and chicken. Cold as if they were frozen! And the coke for which we paid 3 aed extra for the upgrade was in the plastic bag! Never been this disappointed. Good chicken, quick service and one of the best fries! This place has always been in my list when I’m hungry and want to grab something quick. There are times where my chicken wasn’t fresh, but it might be because of the heavy load of customers visiting them.
Delivery is very late took more than an hour because the delivery man doesnt know the location.our location is 5mins away only.they should make sure the delivery is on time.
