As usual the delivery time was taking so long. it took almost two hours before it got delivered for a sandwich and a bottle of juice. Would not criticise if the delivery was free.
Wow! Asked to wait for 20 minutes because all the staff were having their lunch! You couldn’t spare one staff to pack me a sandwich because it takes a group to have lunch right?
I ordered from them two hours ago and still waiting. Am i supposed to wait for the rest of the day? I really wouldn’t recommend ordering from them ever again. Unless you have nothing to do that day but wait to see if they’ll ever deliver your food.
I waited for an hour and a half and order is still not delivered. Restaurant is not picking up the phone. Zomato saying restaurant has its own delivery service. They have charged me and now i should wait till eternity for the food to come. Never order Subway thru Zomato.
Normally my main concern in any restaurant is the food and while subway rates pretty high by my standards, i must thank you guys for your honesty and integrity. My brother paid a sum of money for an advanced delivery. He canceled later and totally forgot about his money.3 months later he enters and the employees immediately remembered him and returned the money (AED60). He was utterly surprised by their incredible professionalism. So thank you guys i wish all employees are like you ❤️❤️❤️
bad place don’t order from this branch you will wait two hours and at the end you not receive your order what a joke plus two hours for one sandwich so bad stuff and lies a lot
The chicken rotisserie wrap is extremely salty, i suggest u reduce the salt in the chicken so it can more delicious because it was very hard to eat since it was extremely salty
