Went by Wendy’s on Hamdan for dinner last night. With the construction work happening in front of the building it is extremely difficult to find parking close by. Hopefully it will improve in the future.Ease of access and parking: 1 / 5Even though it was a Thursday night, the restaurant was relatively quiet. What was surprising was how warm the restaurant was inside. They had left the main doors open to cool the restaurant down.Comfort level: 2.5 / 5We were welcomed at the counter by the supervisor / manager, but the server who took our order was surly and unfriendly. She asked us if we were using Entertainer vouchers and when we said were, she insisted on getting the code before our order was taken. Fair enough I suppose, but it could have been done once our order was taken. We also had to ask to ‘up-size’ our order.Service: 2 / 5We had quite a large order, and we ordered the following – The Mushroom Melt Deluxe: Generous on the cheese and Mushrooms 5/5The BBQ Pulled Beef Brisket: Again, generous on the brisket 5/5The Beefinator: The patties were a bit dry once you got into the sandwich 4/5Beef Chili Cheese Fries: Quite a large serving 5/5A serving of Beef Chili: The chili was packed with flavor, but was a bit watery and could have done with a little more bite to it. 4/5A Vanilla Frosty: 5/5Wendy’s is a tad more expensive than your other fast food restaurants, but I feel you get value for money in the quality and quantity of their food.Overall, we enjoyed the food and will be back, though they do need to sort out their service as loyalty is fickle in the fast food market.
everything was up to par except for the hashbrowns, i know what to expect however i think it was slightly burned compared to the usual hashbrowns being served in wendys. the bbq baconator was so perfect and the mushroom melt was of course the best burger in town. the salad dressing and the salad itself is very nice as well and crunchy, an additional 4-5 pcs of croutons would also be nice. overall, one of our go-to fastfood chain that never or just slightly disappoints.
Delivery person was rude.
everytime we order we never forget to have frosty even its small size. its their signature since day one. good place and nice people. love their fries and bacon burger
The burger from wendy’s is really nice.It is really is good comparing to other burger vendors.I have tried only once but i recommend you should also try.
