We decided to try Lucky Strike as we were in Zayed Sports City for a round of Bowling. In terms of appearance Lucky Strike is fairly ordinary- a typical outlet getting customers from the nearby entertainment facilities. The menu consists of a range of fast food options- Pizzas, Waffles, fried Chicken, burgers etc. We decided to try a Margarita pizza. The service is nothing fancy, Pizzas are served in cardboard boxes and other things are served in paper plates. You have to pick up stuff you order from the counter. However the pizza was refreshingly good. It was served piping hot and had the right balance of tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. The crust had been baked to perfection with that slight hint of crunch. Actually much better than many of the pizza chains which are gurus of the business. Given that we were having just a small snack after a game, we did not try anything else on the menu, but will definitely do so the next time. The prices are also pocket friendly at 35 AED for a regular margarita Pizza. I could see that it is more popular compared to its neighbors judging by the number of customers. Do try it out the next time you fancy a round of bowling.
Amazing food, good chairs
Most underrated burger in the UAE! Ali’s Burger! U really have to try this to understand how amazing it is – it’s a cheese and jalapeno STUFFED burger! You take a bit and the cheese ooozes out like a slice of pizza on a commercial! Ive never tried anything like it and only after I was blown away did I find out that they use really high quality beef and hand make the burgers daily! And it’s MASSIVE!!! Amazing experience!
One of the few places I have eaten at in Abu Dhabi, Lucky Strike was surprisingly good. In fact, I can almost say, that it is heaven for a Burger Lover. In spite of being a food court kind of joint, let me tell you, these guys were serving Gourmet food.My husband tried the King Pin Burger, while I tried the Lucky Strike Classic. The meat in both the burgers were so fresh, soft and full of flavour. The bread was soft and the sauces they used was unique and super.Will be returning to Abu Dhabi soon. Real Soon. And I know where I will bring my family for some Lunch Fun!! 🙂
