I had the Tom Yum Soup and the Singapore Street Noodles with Seafood. The soup was mildly spicy, well balanced by the coconut milk. The Noodles were quite spicy, just the way I ordered them, The seafood in the noodles was generously portioned, very fresh and superbly cooked, ensuring the seafood was still soft. This mixed together with a thinly sliced vegetable mix made for a very well balanced portion of food. The Hilton is near the exhibition area, therefore not exactly in the main tourist areas, but if one happens to be in the area, I would recommend the place.
