A tip for the restaurant.. To encourage other than Ethiopian people to try ur food, at least try writing ur menu and what it is in English!! Only Ethiopian people understand the menu..I wanted to order and try several times, but always got scared cause I didn’t know what am ordering!!!!
If I’m not mistaken, this was the first Ethiopian restaurant opened in Abu Dhabi. I like the setting and the service, with a traditional touch. Food is nice fresh and nicely seasoned. Injeera bread is very good
One the best Ethiopian restaurants I have been to. It’s a place that connects me to my past. When I missed habesha food the first thing that hits my brain is this place. Whenever I eat here, I feel like I am sitting in Addis. Authentic habeshan food. Very friendly people and service is good.
The restaurant is small, cozy, clean but hard to find its location unless going there on purpose. The food was good but dont make the mistake we did, we ordered the food spicy. It was delecious but i cant handle such chilli in the food. The service is good and the prices are fare. For Ethiopian food, try this when in Abu Dhabi.
