Amazing Iced Cappuccino
The atmosphere is very Italian with Tuscan touches. Quality of coffee and Gelato is outstanding!!
loved their matcha iced tea, and their staff was extremely friendly, also the atmosphere of the coffee shop is very unique in my opinion.would definitely visit again
Visiting from Switzerland we stumbled upon this lovely place in Abu Dhabi.Staff was friendly and the quality of the coffee and food very high. Best coffee place we went to during our stay in the Emirates.
I liked the place and the ambiance, the staff members were lovely as well. However, their signature Iced Cappuccino was so overpriced for the taste, the mille feuille was disappointing and Raffaelo Cheesecake proper average.
The waiter served the wrong dessert and could not figure out why its wrong. I don’t know if the order was communicated to the kitchen properly or not. The guy who took the order was frantically gesturing for him to come back from our table.The server then served the ordered dessert frozen and asked us to wait till it defrosted. They served the tea cold. I could understand if the order was mixed up but were the only people there and with these prices I expect better. I see now why this place is empty.
This evening at 8 pm ( 3/10/19)I went with my sister to this place, we asked in a polite way for a sorbetto coffe , the smallest . ( it is really small ) .I have been charged 42 aed for two . I found it expensive but I just paid.once at home I checked on your Instagram the menu and guess what : I read that for the smallest size price is 13 aed !!!!!!!! I cannot believe this . I was with my sister talking Italian , probably they thought we were tourist but wrong , guess what , I live in the same street and I will never come back again .This is totally unfair and horrible ! Ok I did not check the menu , we just asked for the smallest sorbet coffe , if I would have checked the menu I could realize that they were overcharging me but your personnel cannot take the liberty to do this . It is unacceptable.
