We go there quite often for lunch. The buffet is solid with enough variety even for vegetarians. I especially liked the tabbouleh and the muhammarah. …

Visited on 6/5/2019 and ordered (a) #chunkychips (AED 15) and #garlicbread (AED 12) at @premierinngulf #nuevo – Chunky fries come with garlic sauce and ketchup. Add garlic bread if you like. Fries was okay but garlic bread wasn’t good at all. Overall my PmP rating is 2*.(b) #valuemeal (AED 45) at @premierinngulf #nuevo – The combo Indian meal, which includes 1 starter and 1 main course. Masala chaat as starter is mouthwatering due to its sweet and tangy taste. Its a mixture of soaked and cooked chick peas, pomegranate onion, green chilly and topped with corriander leaf. I would give 5* for this one. On the other hand, amristsari chicken was pathetic. It comes with rice, pickle and youghurt condiment. The dish is named after a town called Amritsar in Punjab, India. However, this one disappointed me as I felt it was dipped in full of oil, chicken wasn’t cooked well and spice wasn’t authentic. Would give 1.5* for this. So all in all my PmP rating for value meal is 3*.
The place is clean, nice and quite place that nice to eat. The food is good and love there breakfast specially the beef bacon. The staff is good and accomodating.
I was in the mood of open buffet and I needed one on budget and Nuevo was the answer we started with the lentil soap which was delicious eventhoug it was the only option، the salads included more varieties and some where delicious I didn’t like the hummus at all but the others where fine, main dish included the three options fish, beef, and chicken one type of each but the beef was the best though am not a meat lover but it was nice perfectly cooked, sweets very limited only fruit salad, custard, and um Ali which I loved though I also don’t like um Ali, overall it was a good value for money, and the ambiance was nice as well.
A good option for lunch during the working hours (in particular if you work in the ADNEC area). AED 45 for the cold buffet plus soup and deserts and AED 55 for the full buffet. I opt for the cold buffet always. They have a good variety of salads, sandwiches, cheeses and fruits. The food is fresh and the cold buffet is simple – but what you need. I did not try the full buffet and can’t comment on it.The waiters are very friendly and accommodating.
I tried looking for the one they have in ADIA, but it seems that it’s not on zomato. So then, i was able to try the buffet it was great. Specially they do check every now and then the food on the pan and refill it immediately. I like the salad section. For their ala carte menu, chicken and lamb biryani marks in my heart. I like how they serve it in a metal pot. It could have been 5 only if it was refill for drinks haha
Nuevo – Premier Inn ADNECWent to try the buffet breakfast at this place. Was surprised to see that the whole Hotel seems stuffy. Like it has been made into a hotel after initially designed for something else. Nevertheless the environment is calm and cozy. Not much of a hustle around as it’s away from the city bustle. The buffet restaurant Nuevo is a huge place with the option of sitting at the poolside. The English breakfast which costs 35 AED has a variety of Croissants, muffins, breads, fruits, yogurts, porridge and cereals along with tea coffee and juices. The continental breakfast has the works, in addition to the English menu also includes chicken sausages, turkey bacon, Eggs (your choice), grilled button mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans and whole lot of Arabic selection. This one costs 55 AED and both the options are a “Eat as much as you like”. So all in all it’s a good spread for a breakfast though more can be added for the same price, service is top class. They’ll make u comfortable and at home. I guess the service becomes a highlight at your first meal of the day, and the staff here does a fab job.My take on Nuevo – Premier Inn ADNEC :Taste : 3.5/5Ambience : 4/5Service : 4/5Value for Money : 3/5
This place does a good buffet lunch but could do with a bit more variety for those of us that work near by and visit frequently. If you are eating off menu they also do a nice curry and the club sandwich is great.
