A joint very close to few shisha shops including the popular nagham cafe, this one stands slightly far from the parking. The only advantage compared to the latter is they are open 24 hours.They do have massive indoor space and a good amount of outdoor space as well.Internet is pretty ok indoors.Really pricy for a normal shisha cafe, where they serve shisha without plastic pipe or ice for 45 Dhs. Water is 6 Dhs but apart from that, shisha is not bad but doesnt last long and the coals are changed periodically. The shisha master is always in a hurry as he just comes in and throws a bunch of coals into your shisha and moves on.I ordered a green tea and the glass stinked and am sure it must be a mistake as i could see a good amount of crowd enjoying their drinks and food but never the less they should be carefull. Otherwise they have friendly staff and a good choice of selection on the menu.I will visit again only if its too late to hit any other shisha shop.Shisha: 3/5Ambience: 4/5Location: 3/5
Loved the place.. shiisha is great.. food is very good and the staff are pleasant and professional. They have almost everything .. drinks, food , play stations , music , tv’s .. outdoor and indoor area .. would definitely come again
Well As I am staying in Abu Dhabi nowadays, I go there every now and then, Its a nice cafe to spend sometime but as 1st few times you get lost they way as its down building surrounded by others, as a location wise its big as its most of the ground level with outdoor area, it has play station screens, baby foot, Tv screens for entertainment.The food is nice there and good in taste for a cafe shop, I do recommend: Shawerma ! If you are the type of Shisha person you need to ask for the regular or the plastic pipe shisha. They have a bell on tables to place your orders,The negative points needs to be improved :- Customer service: Staff are friendly but its not all about being friendly or not, the lady waiters rarely you hear their voices when you ask for something or when they asking you, you feel they are on a silent mood.- service time : too long and sometimes your order forgotten and when it comes they forgot to serve you fork and knife or meal without the drink. The excuse is the crowd.- bell : sometimes it’s useless as you ring it, you hear it, even you see your table no. On the screen but no one comes to you, you will find people getting angry ringing many times.Orders ; Don’t tell your order to many persons as they double it on your bill. That’s all about my complaint 🙂 , hope you’re enjoying when you go there.
Possibly the worst shisha place in uae. I Mean there shisha is decent but what’s the point having a nice shisha when the service is so so bad. You have these morocon girls who think they own the place and running it down with there attitude attention seeking wannabe models. You should change your staff we were waiting 10min just to get coal changed we waited 29 min and yes we timed it just to get served I mean it’s absolutely unacceptable behavior and service

The location of this Coffee shop is very complicated and difficult to reach if you aren’t familiar with the area. And it could be getting on your nerves. But if you’re fine with all that then i would say go ahead and give this place a try. Not at all bad. The place is quite big and I din find it to be much crowded. The waitresses over there aren’t very comfortable with English, so make sure you use Arabic to avoid awkward moments. The sheesha i guess was very bland and you wont be able to actually make out what flavor sheesha it is. If you’re going there just for Sheesha and if you’re a Sheesha Lover than i would say don’t try this one. You wont mind chucking this place for its sheesha. Or else the place is fine. Food menu looks good and tempting enough for a good snack. They also have a Pool and Foosball Table in house so that you and you’re friends can feel comfortable. Even the outside sitting is very nice. Its a very open a windy place. This all being said, if its the Sheesha you are going there for. Then i would say, there are better options around. Try them.
