I have been going to this cafe daily since it opened approx 1.5 years back. However recently, I am not sure due to a change in management, every time I come for a simple coffee, they either take 30 mins or they coPlatelet forget. Today, after 25 minutes of waiting, I had to express my concerns and walk out informing the staff I will not be coming back. The individual / supervisor just said sorry for your concern and look forward to seeing you again. Unbelievably robotic!!! This is a key example of when cafe’s open brand new and are customer focused however as time goes on complacency takes the better of them!
