This review is for Al shurfa lounge .First couldn’t find Al shurfa lounge listed Second food was great and shisha was good ambiance is great but my complaint was for the service .It is not acceptable the service and the server needs training for several matters specially the eye contact, quick respond, clearing the table, I asked for the bill several waiter after 15 minutes we received it.I hope you can work better on the service part .
Love this place, huge portions, great selection of beer and wines. Service was excellent. Wiener (Vienna) snicel is the best :). They serve pork as well, really great selection with acceptable prices.
The best place for sausages and beer. They are one of the few places that carry Paulaner so it was a pleasant surprise. We got the sausage platter with came with the potato salad and it was a delectable dish. The pretzels and bread they had were spectacular too. The place and ambiance is amazing- peaceful, beautiful and quiet. The service is the cherry on top, the people here were extremely accommodating and delightful.

I visited Brauhaus on 6th of Dec 18, during Christmas Market event at Beach Rotana. Unfortunately, we had our worse customer service experience at this restaurant which used to provide great service in the past.Eventually, we left the restaurant after waiting 45 mins for our drinks and and starters, ironically we rushed them several time and they were telling us that they are preparing our drinks (Pepsi). Finally, we left to other restaurant in the same hotel.We didn’t receive any apologies or calls which means they don’t care anymore about the customer.
Brauhaus – Abu Dhabi is just a cool place to get a good feel for Germany food in the capital of the UAE.One of the very few German themed restaurant entirely. The food was really good as well as service and of course the beer. The interior is classical Bavarian and kinda what you expect from a German restaurant.The fact that they also serve pork makes it very attractive for European clientele.
Best brewed beer in Abu dhabi .. prompt service ..the best thing about this place is the ambience and view ..perfect place to chill after a hard day at work
