For the highest quality, mouth-watering steaks, this is the place to go! Would highly recommend their short-ribs, simply melts in your mouth, and is extremely flavorful. Best main on their menu! And their Heirloom Caesar salad did not disappoint either – generous with the parmesan. :)The desserts however were a big letdown. Except for the key lime pie, which was nice. Creamy with powerful key lime flavor.But the cheesecake was a 3/5 to overstate, and the much anticipated chocolate cake was dry, not chocolate-y enough and basically tasted nothing like the pictures we had seen.The wait staff was outstanding! One of them offered to cut up my steak so it would be easier for me to eat, upon seeing that I was struggling to eat with the baby- that had me sold!

For mains we tried veal ribs and lobster thermidor both were good but not the best compared to other diners. If we would visit again probably would try their steaks as they should be more specialized in steak.Desserts are good, just beware that the portion of dessert items is shareable.

I am born and bred Australian. Meat is very important to us. Upon a very knowledgeable recommendation we headed to Butcher and Stills for our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. The meat was phenomenal, cooked to perfection and the sides were an amazing accompaniment. Good full body red was the icing on the cake. Wait staff were outstanding, a credit to their management.
