Went there with our family and tried almost everything. All of their dishes are great, specifically love the buffalo chicken tacos and order it almost every time we go as well as the chicken quesadillas. Their chicken Caesar salad is very yummy. They have some great starters like the shrimp platter, buffalo wings etc, their main course burgers and tacos, their mojitos are all amazing.
Horrible experience starting from the waiters which not available all the time and they looks so sad i don’t know why or the manager who dose not care for anything to the food which is completely bad iam one of the people who admire TGI and i think the manager is new because first time to see her and obvious she looks like not controlling the restaurant i which this fixed soon or it will be disaster to the restaurant
One of the worst experiences at all. Ordered 4 plates for the family and portions were extremely small. The sliders were over cooked and the small piece of meat shown in the picture was burnt to a degree that it was not edible!! Not to mention the pasta that had no flavor at all and had to be returned. The fries portion was so small that the waiter had told us that only half portion will be provided due to insufficient time to fry it. Thank you for such a horrible experience. Not to mention the dry quesadillas also.
Good food and ambience , the staff are friendly , only issue I saw is parking in the evening as it’s more residential , have not gone recently not sure if it’s changed
I ordered the 450gm Tbone steak, as I had the same Tbone piece in many places and I liked it, it was juicy and tender, and I enjoyed itHowever, in this place, it was a nightmare, infact the whole place was a nightmare, I have seriously wasted my timecand moneyThere was only 2 customers in the restaurant(including me) and it took around 30 minutes to bring my order,The place smells like cigarette, and I complained about this but waiters said we dont smell it, they talk really too much and really loud, the music is toooooooo loud. I heared fighting from the kitchen many times, and people shouting from inside the kitchen.Now for the order, I ordered the steak medium well done, got it very well done, it was like rubber, couldnt finish though I was starving (thats extremely unlikely to happen to me)It was dry ( as its very well done, which means u ruined the steak) and I have no idea what kind of meat they r usingI can only say in the end, dont go to this place, I saw all the warning signs when I went there, but I chose to ignore them because I thought I know fridays. Apparently Now I do.
In fact food is expensive without any justification for this , there are several restaurants that serving similar concept with less price ,visited twice before tried multiple plates , food is ok but also portions is very small
In comparison to one in Mushrif mall, a slight lesser in service and food presentation, overall an ok experience. Portions are usually big, tried burgers, sliders and mexibowls.
