The worst hardees branch! Ive waited way too long for my order and they gave me the excuse that my order was “mistakenly” marked as delivered. Took it 1 hour to get my order. Worst experience ever. Staff are rude to make it worse.
I PLACED MY ORDER 2:34am, AFTER HOW MANY TIMES OF ASKING FOR FOLLOW UP THRU CSR, THEY ARE TELLING ME I NEED TO WAIT FOR ADDTL 15MINS I WAITED THEN AGAIN 3:30AM STILL NOT DELIVERED 4:15AM THEY SAID DELIVERY IS ON OUR AREA ALREADY SO I WAITED AGAIN THEN 5AM ORDER STILL NOT RECEIVED!!! TOO MUCH WAITING AND IT END UP FOR NOTHING!!! NEXT TIME PLS DONT ACCEPT ORDERS If YOU CANNOT COMMIT!!!

First order was declined and refunded, second order was accepted half an hour later, and after multiple calls to the restaurant and chats with the Zomato team, it took more than 2 hours to arrive! Not so fast for a fast food chain. Horrible service, unprofessional and disappointing.
If I can rate 0 i will..Very rude delivery guy direct from hardees he cursed me and used inappropriate gestures.I can call police and sue him for what he did to be honest. If he is stress or tired with his Job that is not a reason to be like that! For only 103 aed cursed in the public? Really? Very poor service!

been here for five yrs now. i soo love unlimited softdrinks especially during summer. love mushroom and swiss partner with spicy french fries. good delivery service also
