Ordered tenders with biryani at 7:17 and was accepted right after, only to receive a call at 7:45 that they are out of stock and if I can wait for another 30 minutes. Since I craved for biryani that night, I agreed to wait another 30 minutes. Zomato staffs were very rude in responding to updates (Tripti) and by 9:15, I was told my order was cancelled by the restaurant.
