After seeing innumerable ads on Instagram we finally decided to check out the hype for ourselves.The restaurant is not easy to find. It’s tucked away in a little nook behind ‘Chappan Blog’ and ‘Via Delhi’ behind ADCB on Electra street. We tried calling them, but their landline does not work!!On finding it, we entered and the restaurant is small and does not seat more than 8, though they have a large kitchen. There is not much ambiance to speak of and music was only played half an hour into our meal. The restaurant is manned by friendly staff, Bright who handles the service and Emanuel who handles the cooking and some of the service. Both these guys are friendly with a wonderful attitude. 5/5We ordered the Juicy Lucy burger and the Steak sandwich. We also ordered the cheesy Cheeto fries.The Juicy Lucy was well made and like the name said was a bit too juicy and messy to eat. It came with the best thick cut fries I ever had. The meat was well salted and well cooked. 4/5 on account of how messy it was.The steak sandwich came in sandwich bread. There was a generous amount of beef, but I felt that the bread was over buttered and salty and that overpowered the taste of the sandwich. 3/5Both of these dishes came with 3 in house sauces. The sauces did not have a distinctive enough taste to them, and they all roughly had the same mayonnaise-y taste to them. Personally, I felt some mustard was needed especially for the steak sandwich.The cheesy Cheeto Fries was delicious and my young son enjoyed them. There was a generous portion and he barely managed to finish it. 4/5They do a brisk delivery business and there was a steady stream of delivery boys coming by and going.They don’t offer free WiFi as the owner has not shared the password with the staff. Please do so!! They also only accept cash, so come prepared or you’ll have to walk to the nearest ATM.Would I come back? Definitely to try a few more dishes on their menu. The pasta does look promising.
