It’s a very Nice place the amazing staff. The food which likes the most was Chat it was really amazing but The PARATHA was not as good as Chat.You guys should work on your Paratha recipe meanwhile you are really good In Chats.
The dahi Balla chaat was really good and u dont find it everywhere, it was like a dahi vada chaat.murgh banjara not all the pieces were fully cooked, I got 1 piece tat was out of the fridge and grilled in a hurry.The patiala chicken curry was good.My family loved the place.The breads were soft and dint become hard.I tried the paan flavoured lassi which is a acquired taste, the normal lassi would be great.
After hearing so many good things about Punjab Highway we finally went over for dinner last night and it was just fantastic.It’s a small little place wirh a nice cheerful atmosphere tucked away in the Tourist Club area near the park and has lots of parking which is a great plus.We were ushered upstairs to a nice table and menus were handed out in no time by a very friendly server.We orderedHaryali Kaju KebabDelectable morsels of mix veg with cashews in a shaami perfectly seasoned, soft and succulent.Dahi Ke KebabMorsels of hung curd deep fried on the outside soft and lush on the inside just perfect wirh the mint chutney.Tandoori ChickenNo Punjabi meal is complete without the Tandoori Chicken and the one here doesn’t dissapoint it was soft moist and juicy just a bit more spice would have been nice for me.Patiala Murgh.This was the highlight of the meal stong fragrant flavor perfectly sliced and superb texture perfect with the butter naan.Paneer Tikka MasalaLoved the deep red color not so sweet or spicy very well presented and tasted fantastic.Daal MakhaniNow this was simply out of this world. I haven’t had a better Daal Makhani in Abu Dhabi so far. Perfect blend of Dal to butter and gravey just kept eating it on its own.Dhaba MuttonA very popular street side eatery dish paired well with the Daal and butter naan perfectly seasoned with storng flavor.All the above paired wirh fluffy pillows of butter naan made it an unforgettable mealIt’s a small little place and wirh this sort of great food soon they will need a bigger venue to accommodate the rush that is bound to happenI think this is the only Punjabi Dhaba style restaurant in Abu Dhabi that caters to a family audience.No more going to Dubai for us now for quality Punjabi food.To sum it uo, great food, nice ambiance, fantastic service, nice location and great value for money.Keep rocking Team Punjab Highway.Will be back soon
