Went there for there buffet on Friday. It was really nice with an amazing bbq. There were plenty of food available during the buffet. The staff were really friendly and it was just 49 dhs per person. Really happy with what we had. Tried the bibimpbap and noodles. Both of them were really nice. The beef slice and the spicy beef bbq was great. Chicken bbq pieces weren’t that great. The mint lemon was pretty bad as it was tasting very bitter.
We dined at Red Castle on a Thursday night and we found the location easily. From the outside the restaurant is okay and there was a lot of people, which is understandable as it is weekend and their ongoing promo is really attractive.We were seated at the lower floor and the menu was presented. The waiter spoke broken and garbled english. He started pointing out foods for us, never hushed down and keeps on checking for foods we didn’t even ordered.Opposite our table were stacked plastic trays, trolley, and a hot water dispenser where I was surprised that one waitress brought a bucket and turned on the hot water tap. The grill was supposed to be laid flat on the table but for us it was placed in a slanting position. every time we put if flat, the waiter would ‘fix’ it and put in again in slanting position..without excusing himself.The sauce section was disorganized, not filled up, fruits are almost rotten. The waiter tried to joke on me telling me to get the rotten fruit which of course pissed me off more.Please train your staff and at least put effort on making the restaurant look pleasant.
Its my first time to have lunch in red castle chinese and korean restaurant together with my friends. It was Amazing experience, barbeque and shabu-shabu its really good and the price is very affordable.Im pretty sure we will come back soon.Highly recommended.
If you will come to their resto make sure you skip your lunch to reserve for dinner.. Been there 3 times already and never tired of coming back again..Selection of food was great bbq beef , chicken, fish, soups, kimbap, egg rolls all amazing! 49 AED is good deal for one person..
The service was great, the waitress was attentive to our needs considering the load of customers eating that day. Although I think their selections can be improved. Overall it was a nice lunch.
Celebrated post-valentines day dinner with friends here. When we arrived the reception/cashier area doesn’t have any person/staff we can ask if there is available table since we didn’t book a reservation. Waited for 10 mins to ask if there’s a vacant table for us since the staffs were very busy. I would suggest to them to have one person staying at the reception/cashier area to greet/welcome the guests. Finally seated, we waited again for 10mins for the menu to be given to us. The food was serve one by one and we have to ask everytime for the follow up of our orders, even for the spoon or fork or chopstick, plates, glass etc. We have to us, because the table is not set with those. The food was all okay, but I this is not the kind of service that I will look to be having once again.Service: 1/5Food: 3/5Price: 3/5Atmosphere: 3/5
