Great service steaks excellent I was there 2weeks ago I drink rose wine and there’s has been the best so far most places give you Spanish rose which I find bitter there’s also live music in the restaurant Also in the hotel on next floor up there’s a Thai restaurant it’s the best place for chilling in the capital .
Been here long time ago.. It was nice experience.. We had set menu and was OK.. Atmosphere was great and crowded. I couldn’t say anything more then good because it was long time ago.
I’ve been here on several nights & I made a trip there last night after a long gap. What I like about the layout is that you have 2 dedicated dining areas from where you can enjoy the nightclub environ while being seated comfortably & not having your personal space intruded upon. The intimidating / judgmental bouncer is one barrier that you must get through, but you can’t blame them – it’s a crazy nightspot. This time, I took a small table & ordered off their weekly table d’hote menu. I chose coriander chilli chicken meatballs for my appetiser, herbed grilled lamb chops for my mains & dark chocolate cake for my dessert. I had Corona for my drink. The meatballs were brilliant – well presented, great flavour, just the right portion. The lamb chops were kind of disappointing. The dish was presented well. The mashed potato was heavenly. The sauce in a boat was thick & flavourful. And the sides were cooked well, not underdone & not too mushy. The main problem was with the protein itself. Very tough & chewy. I blame that more on the quality of the meat itself than the skill of the chef. They initially got me a wrong dessert, but that was corrected quickly. The cake was fine, I didn’t eat it all the way through because it felt like a pastry to me. Too spongey & less ganache. I was expecting it to be a rich, dark chocolate (going by the name). This set meal package comes with 1 drink for dhs 99/- all in & I think that’s great VFM. The servers were on hand to attend, should I want for anything, and that was great as well. You don’t usually expect such prompt attention in a crowded nightlife place. But the servers were active, smiling & eager to serve.
The place is good for a fun night but not for a meal. They have a live band playing that covers various genre of music. The place gets fully packed on weekend.
Good vibe. Great place for a few drinks and a game of pool. Friendly vibe. Great harley related bike decor. Even when quiet during rammadan its still has a very sociable vibe
This place may not be the best but still gives you a good feeling. The highlight for me here is the band and the dj. It’s bound to cheer you up on your worst day. A couple of drinks, friends and rock bottom is something I look out for every weekend. The crowd is also the mix sorts but is quite fun. I really have never tried the food here but from what I’ve heard its decent.
Go here when there is nowhere else to go, when its a middle of the week night and you dont seem to know where to go but it doesn’t quite feel like time to call it a night – when it doesnt really matter where you are. Do NOT go if you are looking for a nice bar with a good atmosphere and friendly socialites. Also, forget the ‘restaurant’.If that is the situation, then its fine. Then you can ignore the bizarre crowd and poor service. If you are lucky, you will be able to see 30 yr old men and women jump around to a rock band who are surprisingly good – better than expected – and then eat a massive hot dog sold at a hot dog cart that appears by the entrance. Hot dogs also hit and miss.As mentioned, if there is nowhere else to go and nothing else to do – the above can be entertaining. Thats why the name of this place is absolutely spot on.
