Favourite salsa place in Abu dhabi (usual thursday nights hangout place) lively ambience and good appetizers / cocktails. Great variety of mocktails (compared to others) AND decent proportions (definitely beating the competition with this). A+ for the community and workers.
This place took a downturn from the last time I’ve been. It took 20 minutes to serve us our mocktails, even though I saw that they’re ready on the bar but the waiter was busy serving everyone else but us. When we finally received our drinks, I felt something was poking me cause I kept alternating between the straw and drinking straight from the cup, turns out it was the pick they put fruits on. The least they could’ve is done was put it right on the cup. That’s a disaster waiting to happen. The band was nice except that it was too loud for my taste. The vibe just wasn’t right. ~NOT Dana’s Choice
Needless to say that this place has an amazing ambience great music, good location, friendly staff, lively atmosphere and a good choice of drinks.Apart from the regular stuff that you try, I recommend ordering for Tikki Puka Puka. This is one of the reasons you would differentiate traders vic from other bars. One of the few places in Abu Dhabi that got it all right! The variety of cocktails is outstanding, food is delicious and service is top notch. No matter what mood you are in that day, barmens here always can offer something to match.
The ambience is great. Great for catching up with friends. The food is really good. The prices are a little on the higher side. The sides are great as well. The staffs were very cheerful and helpful
You know when you just want to go out on the weekend with your colleagues after a crazy week / month at work and you just want to enjoy the food , drinks and music??? Well Traders I had a great time and the waiter was fantastic champ who made good choices. Thanks guys
I remember going there 15 years ago, it was recommended for its salsa music atmospheres and amazing food. So I tried it again now, and was not disappointed. The restaurant reside in the middle of the city so really good area for tourists and the atmosphere is good as I remember . When I was there was an amazing band that played salsa music, which made the atmosphere even better and the food was actually good! So all in all, really nice environment for people who enjoy good “Latino” food and drinks with salsa music.
