Went there with my dad as he had a voucher, my expectations were super low as I had never heard of this hotel before. To my surprise, the food was great, endless choices of middle eastern food, they also had barbecue outside which was nice. The reason why I’m giving it a 3 is because of the place itself, the lights are dim the design is depressing.
Came here for an all inclusive stay at this hotel on a cobone deal. To our surprise there were too many exclusions for an all inclusive deal and the food at this restaurant did not have any items for Indians. Complete continental & middle eastern cuisine(& even this wasn’t too great – avg at best). Service was average and definitely not a place I would come back to dine at.
It’s the worst place to have food in whole Abu Dhabi, we went to have dinner with guests, total 5 adults and 5 kids, we ordered tabouli, fatoush, hummus, grilled hallumi salad, biryani chicken and biryani lamb, we waited for more than 45 minutes then they brought the fatoush and hummus without bringing plates nor forks and spoons, we requested them for plates like we are begging them, then they bought only 3 plates and just place it on the table without proper serving, we asked them to bring more plates, forks and spoons, they were dealing without any sense of professionalism, after half an hour they brought the biryani and what a biriyani!! Very poor serving and poor quantity per portion hardly enough for a little kid and after 20 minutes later they brought the most horrible tabouli we ever taste in our life’s. We complain to the manager about the bad service and he was trying to hide behind his finger by saying we are sorry and we will be glad to invite you on new year evening party as complementary by the hotel to discover later on that he was offering a 200 AED discount on the tickets, we are not ready to repeat such bad experiences and getting annoyed again.Free advice to all, if you are looking for some place to ruining you time just go to Mafraq Hotel.And the most annoying are the cats roaming around and jumping on the tables and trying to eat from the plates.
Great or excellent ambience and interior decoration.Totally greenery as name suggests. Even staff in green dress. Pleasing to the eye. Buffet dinner is continental good option to bringing any westerner friends over here coz they have the kind of quality and legacy.This is bit far from AUH city but still has the quality
