Tl;dr the order took around 3hrs to arrive and it was not fresh. Rude customer service. Placed the order at 9:52pm and got a call from the driver at 10:30pm to send the location and I did it instantly. Then it came to 11pm I asked where he was because it was over an hour, he said he will be 10 minutes. I called again, he said 10 minutes again. After he didn’t arrive, I called the branch and the man on the phone was laughing at me because I insisted I wouldn’t pay for the coffee because it would be cold and the driver is continuously delaying the delivery. After he finished laughing arrogantly, he told me he will call the driver and call me back. Then guess what he told me? Another 10 minutes because the driver was lost. To which I replied, sorry, but have you not heard of google maps? After some time (after midnight!) it arrived and I ended up paying for the coffee too out of goodwill, I could have done a lot and they would’ve deserved it. But here, they can have this review and this is merely justice.

Yummy cookies and extremely friendly service. They have hot drinks, cold drinks and a variety of cookies . Mr.Aftab Ahmed helped us in choosing the cookies and excellent service provided by the entire team .
Too sweet and expensive they sell a tiny cookie for 7 to 8 Drhm each I dont know how they are sustaining thier business and they so sweet it gave me toothache. You are better off buying a snickers bar for 2 dhrm. Thanks for the Zomato discount I got to try it but its not worth the money.
By far, the best lotus cookie I’ve ever tried, and I have tried a lot of them. The pistachio and the kinder tie together for my second favorites. Overall, amazing for someone with a sweet tooth
