a good restaurant with good food. They have many varieties of cuisine. One of my favorite is their Mutton biriyani. I’d suggest you to visit this place for a delicious feast if you are a foodie. They are providing tasty biriyani with high quantity for a very reasonable price. :)A must try restaurant if you reside nearby 🙂
New Shell Restaurant Abu Dhabi.Very tasty egg and parata. Next to the baqala and other side Masjid.After I finish praying I always get a cup of tea and snacks from here if I’m in Khalifa City. Convenient that there is a baqala next to the cafeteria so I can pick up snacks and drinks for the kids at the same time. We have also tasted the sandwiches, fresh drinks and the chicken biryani. Great value for money. Good customer service and polite staff.
As what most are saying, the customer service is bad. The food is okay though, I like their special biryani very much. I’d rather order to go than to dine in or have them deliver the food.
Do not order from this restaurant. Driver is very arrogant and dont respect their customer. I ordered today and I wasnt able to check my phone because I was doing something important. Driver was shouting and being rude because I wasnt able to answer his call. He was very arrogant. I apologize but he keeps being rude. It is very disappointing. They should not treat customers like that. I hope that delivery guy will get what he deserve. Food is ok here but customer service is zero. I hope the owner can read this.
Would rate them 2 on 10 !! Foods ok they use the same spice for all their curries !! Some staff are amiable where as some staff have no sense of customer service or satisfaction ..
Ordered a chicken biryani and got delivered after 2 and half hours,their delivery is very very late,and when called in the restaurant after an hour to ask they said will come in 10 mins and 5 mins and talk so rudely but after 2 and half hour it got delivered ,absolute no sense in talking to the customer,very very rude,and the biryani tasted nice,
