We ordered food tonight it was delivered in good time the food was delicious and BIG portions too.
Waited 1hr 40mins for cold food Delivery time stated 50 minutes!
Ordered Spring Rolls, pot stickers, brown rice and General Tso’s Chicken. Rice was good, spring rolls were good, but didn’t not include any dipping sauce, pot stickers were good, but were steamed dumplings, not pot stickers. The General Tso’s was almost but not quite completely unlike what I expected. It was fried chicken chunks with a brown/orange like sauce with vegetables. The Chicken was not fried recently as it was not crispy at all. It was also not hot enough inside to have been fried within the amount of time it took to order then have the food delivered. The sauce tasted nothing like General Tso’s sauce should taste. It was mildly spicy but the flavor was all wrong. The chicken did not have bones in it, which was a plus.
I had to wait for 1 n half hrs to get my order after the promised delivery time. The food was cold too.
Soy Express is one of my favorite outlets to order from, they are very efficient and offer excellent food quality.My absolute favorite is the Thai green curry and with no doubts they can account on my order frequency.Last night I thought I order dim sum and veg pad Thai. To no surprise taste of food was great although I must admit the dim sums are smaller than regular sized dim sum some what disappointing although the quality in taste made up for it.The manager Jason has a great sense of customer service and did the needful to compensate for my time after waiting more than an hour for my food to arrive.I’m sure you all can agree when you hungry and waiting you soon become hAngry, haha although Jason was understanding and communicated politely.I will continue to order from Soy Express and encourage you to do the same.
