Very few patrons, so running a top operation is very difficult. Dinner was a set menu, with 4 choices of salad, soup, mains, and dessert. It seems Ingredients were bought on a tight budget, and in all fairness the Chef’s team maximized the possibilities: mozzarella was not fresh, but then the Caprese drizzle of basil infused olive oil made it look fancy and even tasty. Lentil soup was standard, but croutons were very savory and made the soup delicious. The sirloin steak was not from a quality cut, but by slicing it thinly the Chef made it tender enough and slathering it with sauce made it palatable. Overall, a well-run 4-star hotel operation, working within tight limits and with at the opening time only 2-3 in-house guests for dinner: and not bad for Madinat Zayed. weekenduae.com

Not to forget good options to select from I also liked the dal rice. Morning has brown were yummy but second stock which came in was not cooked proeprly. Liked red velvet cake, blckforest and also pistachio cake.good service from staff. Worthy stay with Western Hotel
