Never ever again! Visited this place accidentally. As we were planning to go to KOI, but were almost pushed by a manager to go to another place, as it was empty and probably they wanted to close it early. Doesn’t have a good impression from the beginning, as all sofas were dusty and place were looking dull. Our waiter was not knowledgeable about the menu fully, what is the sides dishes, souses, etc. Ordered beef tacos, which were absolutely disgusting. Not crispy, beef very chewy and seems as not fresh at all. Even smell was very weird. After we addressed it to our server he called the manager. The manager was completely unprofessional, even didn’t try to apologize, more over with a hyper tone of voice were trying to prove that it’s good. Me & my husband were very offended by his behavior. Tuna pizza was ok, but very less in flavors, I would tell 3 out of 5. Shrimps was very good. When it came to the dessert, I was surprised that our server was not recommended some dishes, by explaining that it is not tasty. I will rate this place as 2, only for the quality of drinks, which were really good. This place have a big problem with the service, and I am not surprised, as manager it self doesn’t know how to act with the guests.

I visited caramel for the first time in Dubai and fell in love with the ambience and Abu Dhahi was no different. The venue is nice but the food is slightly overpriced. Would be great place for a couple if they have entertainer vouchers.
Best place, great ambiance, great food, great music, it was really fun! The staff are so incredibly kind as well, which just put the cherry on the cake to a really good night.

The place is really nice, lovely interiors. Went there for their evening brunch and the food was very nice. Really enjoyed the drinks, a good selection.
Most unfriendly restaurant in Abu Dhbai. Went for the Friday night brunch, food was average drinks were good, but the staff is just rude! Never again!
