A wonderful place with amazing ambiance and great Thai food.We tried Thai green curry with jasmine rice and green papaya salad it was amazing and we will certainly try it again.Try anything and you will not be disappointed. Great view adds to your experience and Staff is amazing and courteous.

Good Thai food but what stands out more here is the excellent service and great setting. Dined here twice and both times was met with delightful service and good food, although the food on our first visit was more impressive. Definitely a place we would visit again.
Nice ambiance at the restaurant. Good service. The food was unexceptional. Our mixed starter platter was ok but then again so are most things that are deep fried so I’m not giving many points for that. The mains were a whole different story. I ordered a steak (my fault I guess this being a Thai Asian place and not a steak house). It was perfectly done medium steak but was very very chewy. Would not recommend. The sea bass with tamarind was very nice. Perhaps our fault for not going for a more Thai style food. The bill was around AED 400 per person. For that price I expect much better.

The staff were not friendly nor accommodating. We ordered a seafood dish that was really bad and when we asked them to take it back they refused and told us they will charge us for it even if we didnt like it and it smelled terrible and tasted worse. Of course we were not going to pay for that but they were very rude and gave us a terrible experience. Customer service is the most important part of a restaurant visit because of our experience with Sontaya we are never coming again and will not recommend it.
Okok, I tried them one year back and it was delicious. Unfortunately, last week i took my parents and in law for a celebration but the food could have been better. The best thing we ordered was the papaya salad and the fish cake. Tom yum soup was too sweet and lacks in heat. On the other hand, i cant deny that the service was amazing and they were very attentive
