Photos of the place and existing reviews suggest that this is a great place to spend a good evening or time for lunch. The atmosphere outside is very pleasant, the staff is very friendly and the shisha excellent – even though it was possibly the most expensive Shisha we’ve ever had in Abu Dhabi. However, once we went inside, we came across the actual “Aquarium” that gave the place its name – a very tiny place, overfilled with quite large fish that can’t even turn around in there. Frankly speaking, we were quite shocked and couldn’t understand how this can still be possible in modern and fancy places like this in the 21st century. Sadly, I don’t think I will ever go back there and people who actually care about animals should not, either.
This place cannot be named a restaurant, as its actually a bar, and its not even a nice bar, have nothing to consider as pros, the space is disaster, the food is a disaster, I literally spent 10 minutes in sea food night, paid 250, and left promising myself I will never comeback ever again, and Promised myself that I will make sure no one will fall into this trap like i did ever again.
