I called for reservation but no one answered/ available. They took my number and they called back after 24hours! After I visited another restaurant ! The funny part is the argument of the Crown Plaza Manager Pascal, he said yes it can happens as we are busy with Formula event ! So guys close this outlet and work only 3 days per year during formula only. Shame on such service !! this is the bad service through the phone I can imagine how it will be in the restaurant! I don’t recommend.
I went there for the buffet dinner; the service was good but the food was not quite Asian (as the name of the restaurant suggests) and we did not find the taste to be 5 star level, like in other Crowne Plaza restaurants we had visited around the world.
Been here twice and love the ambience and the food! It’s been lunch buffet both the times and I especially love their salad bar! Food is good. Chicken in mushrooms and potato with lemon etc stood out apart from the steaks and grills! Desserts- way too yum! Especially the Lychee White Chocolate. Loved the warmth and ambience. Food was great. Loved it especially the hashbrown (i ate 5!)turkey bacon,sausages and fried rice. They have many variety of food unlike other hotel breakfast I’ve gone to. So many kind of breads, meats, drinks and fruits to choose from.Staff. Hmmm.. unfortunately, it was disappointing. We were wearing our pajamas to eat since we’re checked in the hotel, but as we arrived. NO ONE GREETED US. then we observed that the receptionist only entertains EUROPEANS OR ARABIC OR ANY OTHER NATIONALITY (even though they’re also wearing shorts and pajamas) except us FILIPINOS. Very very disappointing. We were never asked for anything when we saw that all other guests were asked for any preferred drinks.Ambiance was lovely. Interior was great!! Spacious and Very relaxing.Price: Fair for buffet and food varieties.
The food was good, service was also good and ambience was very good, had a view of the beach. The breakfast included some delicious items like salamis, muffins, waffles, and croissants, must visit if you are staying or around yas Island
We went there on Friday brunch . It was total waste of time and money. They don’t have any variety in menu. Such a very basic menu they had. They should include 7 more main courses in their menu. We were literally feeling embarrassed in front of our guests because of the food variet and quality. They were taking time to refill the empty dishes. It names sound like it has some fusion of Asian food in their menu but seriously nothing like this. I will never go again
We decided to have dinner at this restaurant but was truly disappointed by the food as it didn’t taste good as we expected. The ala carte menu & buffet was fairly priced but not worth paying for the mediocre quality food we had.
