Creating Nolu's has always been a dream of mine. I grew up in a restaurant watching my mother introduce her secret Afghani recipes to eclectic, California food enthusiasts. And for many years, her restaurants and her recipes were ranked among the most admired and followed. And now I carry on this tradition through my children - Noah and Lujayn - by bringing Nolu's to you. Nolus's brings this history and passion to Abu Dhabi. Our cooking reflects health and simplicity. It stands for complex flavors and diverse palates introduced in a wholesome, modern way. It is our pleasure to share with you our passion for food and cooking in a relaxed California-style environment.
