Bad manager and supervision . Not welcoming to customers much. We have asked the waiters to call the manager . They said busy busy and cant talk with you. We spent money in this place for nothing.
Welcome to stars n bars .. the place where 1. Hospitality , politeness, Timely service and cleanliness make no sense to the staff. 2. They make u wait for atleast 30 mins at the table before takin ur order..3. U r eligible to give an order only once u finish calling the waiter atleast 10 times. (If you are lucky they might turn up the 5th time) 4.Beware they won’t clean ur table even if you request them to do so several times and on top of that they are very rude. 5. By mistake if u order a pizza, don’t expect them to provide you any sauce ..they’ll do that only to other tables where there r more people. I’ve been here several times and there service keeps going down n down every time. Itseems that they don’t really care if u r from Asia. people from other continents get better service right in front of ur eyes and that’s what irritates u. This is my last time here. Thanks for such a wonderful New Year’s Eve experience.
