Before I place the order I asked them about delivery time . They argued with me 30 mins , but after 2:30 hours also I didn’t get my order.This is not the first incident . I won’t order again from this shop. And also I never suggest to anyone.
I ordered a cake that said delivery in 60 mins ,4 hours later still didn’t reach and the restaurant didn’t even call to apologize for the delay the. After 4 hours 30 mins the cake came and then they took it back they said the order was cancelled
Highly recommended, tasty, quick delivery and very responsive. Try it and get to know by yourself. What you see is what you get. Thabks guys.
I ordered a cake after seeing it would take 45 minutes as a work colleague was leaving. They called me to quite 2 hrs?! i said no because i ordered based on the delivery time quoted, they messed me around with location etc, coudn’t find me, gave new number etc i was so upset with the fact they took my money, gave poor service and took ZERO responsibility to get my cake to me – making it MY problem?!Totally ruined the occasion, I will NEVER order from them again and have shared my experience with my work colleagues who will also never use.There are plenty more cake shops to try – perhaps if they cared more, they’d get better feedback!! Zomato – help with a refund would be appreciated, the misquote in time is a misrepresentation of the service.

Horrible cakes.I ordered a red velvet cake, and had to pay 105dhs for a pile of garbage. Details follows :-The packaging – the cake was delivered to my place in a half torn packaging. No brand names, package was open, didn’t even bother to put a small piece of tape on it..Service :- I ordered the cake via zomato, after seeing a lot of positive reviews over the internet. Firstly when I ordered it, there was no confirmation calls or anything, I was so confused if my order was even placed because nobody called me until I called them to ask I made an order 2 hours ago and where is my damn cake? And even then, the cake gets delivered after another 2 hours. After 4 calls and 4 hours later. Please note, this cake shop is hardly 1 km away from my place.Cake quality :- this literally is a cowdung cake. That piece of shit cost me 105 dhs and it looked like shit. When I ordered the red velvet cake I expected it to be smooth creamy melting in my mouth type. But this was nothing but two red colored cowdung layered with bare minimum icing. And don’t even get me started with how they got the red color for the cake. These geniuses figured that somehow powering the red colored sponge cake and sprinkling it in the cake will do the trick. But it’s garbage. The cake tasted too bad, it’s hard to swallow and I had to drink a lot of water to get rid of the taste in my mouth. The cake had no toppings no fillings nothing.Dude, give me 50dhs, I’ll give you 4 much better cake for half that price, time and with so much better taste. The red velvet cake, It is just simply a horror story or a mother of cake fails.Freshness : the cake tastes atleast a day old. It wasn’t fresh and was really really hard in texture and starting to get a little sour.I’m sure the reviews on Google are faked by the shops employees relative and friends. This whole shop is a coax. And please never ever order from this place. I made a mistake of losing my money.Please refrain from buying it.Please see for yourself what I have received for 105dhs. Had I paid this amount at Baskin Robbins or LA Roche, I would atleast slept in please knowing I spent it well.
Their honey cake is fine, i had better ones. But it does the job done. But some of their other cakes like the vanilla, is kinda a let down. So i would advice to only order their honey cake.
