Not up to the mark
One of the best tasting arab restaurants. Hidden hem of Abu Dhabi. Really the only place coming close to abi al fida but prices are definitely higher but hummus and all served here are in bigger portions
We had a dine in experience.Food:Shawarma: 0.5/5Mix grill: 3.5/51.Customer service is a big let down.2. We dined in at around 10:30pm on 21st june.3. The grill was served after 20 minutes and shawarma after 30 minutes that too, after we reminded him of the shawarma.4.The guy was very rude to us to take the order.The staff who served was very partial. When the asked of the shawarma, the guy who took our order, replied in a rude tone ‘just wait, wait’.5.The staffs who take the order like only arabic customers i suppose.6.We had 2 kids with us. The staff with coat comes to us and says, the plates are very expensive. Please be careful. It sounded very rude and he embarassed us.7.The waiter was always around our table picking some small wastes, before we could even finish eating.8.Finally we asked for black tea. When we were served that, the waiter comes taking all our saucers away before we could even finish our cup of tea.They just wanted us to leave ASAP,since we occupied the largest table.I hope some action is taken, as we were really insulted and embarassed at the hotel in front of the other guests, by the restaurant staffs.Will never recommend this place to anyone.
A pretty good restaurant under budget. Especially for non spicy Middle Eastern foods, this restaurant nails the taste. A wide variety of options with good quality with a very decent budget is the USP of this restaurant. A must try for Middle Eastern foodies especially with a budget.
Always they serve us very good with very good service . Family hall manager is very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend. tendered, juicy and well done BBQ.
Its really bad resturant, i order full grilled chicken for 45 aed but i guess this chicken was running all over uae it is very small and no meat inside, even the smell coming out of it,, i did like it at all
still waiting for my refund from zomato as my ordered arrived 1hr 30 minutes after i ordered and the food was COLD, had to return it. thanks
