As much as I liked the interaction with the staff and the presence of the owner (just assuming) in the store, language was sort of a communication barrier.I ordered a Cheese Meat Manakish and Cheese Chicken Manakish which I brought home, but they were quite disappointing. First of the all the thickness was quite inconsistent. Secondly the cheese was almost non-existent. The Manakish felt very amateurish, and unlike any I’ve tried so far. And the service was quite slow too.

Orzo soup, salad, pickles, 1/2 chicken, and a lovely plate of wrapped cabbage and vine leaf rolls, with two stuffed zucchini – delicious and that’s the restaurant speciality.
