Tasty! I ordered a chicken shawarma and zinger wrap. The shawarma meat was flavorful and the zinger and fries were so good and fresh. They also followed my requests to have no pickles/mayo in the order. I ordered from the app and you’d be surprised how many restaurants just ignore the special requests. Overall great cafeteria and I will definitely order again!

Safa is a surprisingly good cafeteria that does a brisk delivery service in the Musaffah area. All their juice and cocktail concoctions are tasty and delicious. In the numerous times that I have ordered from here, they have always got the juice order absolutely correct. They serve Burgers which are nothing exceptional. The patties are frozen and cooked on order. They do tend to be heavy handed with the ketchup and Mayo, but are willing to adjust to personal requests on order.Their fries are I suspect frozen, but are not oily in the least which is a huge plus for me.They also serve broasted chicken which I found to be quite good with a spiced crispy batter and succulent chicken. This has to be one of the best dishes they serve. No Kerala cafeteria is complete without their version of the Shawarma, and Safa is no exception. They offer a spicy ‘mexican’ version and a ‘normal’ version. The Mexican is not really to my taste. The spice is from the mayo they use and I’m not a big fan of Mayo. The ‘normal’ version is quite good. Chicken, fries and garlic sauce. Simple and delicious. They also serve a few pickles along with the Shawarma.Safa also serves a few varieties of ‘Porotta wraps’ and they are good. Again, they do tend to get heavy handed with the ketchup and Mayo, so you might want to tell them your personal preference. With the exception of lettuce and bread there is nothing else that is fresh here as far as the food is concerned. It is all frozen food that has been fried or grilled, but if you are looking for some cheap eats to kill those hunger pangs, then Safa is the place to go to.They have a pretty decent delivery service, and I have always received my orders within the requisite 30 minutes.

The shawarma usually is good at this place. But one night during recent eid holidays we ordered dinner & paid by card. But the message came as rejected . We called the hotel to check and they said its some zomato issue. So we placed the same order again by call and agreed to pay by cash. The order came after 2 hours(the delivery guy informed that stock of ingredients were over and hence the delay) and the shawarma was too dry no tahini or mayonnaise. No veggies were inside. Chicken tasted as if it was days old, so rough like wood. Poor delivery and low quality, never expected. What a disappointment.

Placed an order of shawarma at 10:10 and it was delivered only by 11:30. They were rude wen the order was followed up. Didnt have the courtesy to even call and tell about the delay. They jus hung up twice when the food got delayed. Very pathetic delivery service and never recommend for delivery. Didnt even have the basic courtesy to apologise for the delay. 0 if there was a review system. Even the chicken was undercooked and raw. No thahini in shawarma. Waste place and definitely not recommended and advising Zomato to take action for serving undercooked hard chicken
