Me and my two friends ate from this restaurant yesterday (15/06/2019) and we had very bad taste on the food they served.. We ordered for Kerala Porotta and Puttu with Kottayam Beef curry and Chicken Pepper curry.. All the things was really bad in taste.. I choose this restaurant in a reference to the Wide range at Al Karama, Dubai where I ate many times(taste is awesome there), but we got really sad here.. They are charging the rates of a 3 +star hotel. (it’s upto them, but a social commitment of serving the food that worth qualitative and taste is a customer’s previliage) I even reminded the Supervisor that we all are coming from a state where places are known in the name of foods.. We are from Thrissur, Kannur and Trivandrum, it’s adequate if somebody feels the taste may differ from place to place.. And we are foodies who used to all types of cuisines, which includes Kerala, Northies, Hyderabadi, Gujis, Arabic(UAE, Egyptian, Palestinian, Syrian, Lebanon ), Italian, Spanish and it goes on.. Dear Wide Range please improve for upcoming customers. As I said, I won’t be coming there to make a second chance to comment. You know something, Good food makes a day Better..!!Note: Staffs were good in behavior.
I like the chef but not the waiters!! staffs are not so professional. However, food is being served quickly without any delay even during peak hours. Tasty food at reasonable price.
Good ambience. Food is extremely poor. Ordered Chicken Chatty curry and beef roast. Chicken curry is just cream with green color and pepper powder! Beef is very spicy, mostly half cooked onion and pepper. Very disappointed. No quality compared to the price! Recommendations – Not at all!!
Was her 2 weeks back with uncle and family for dinner. The food was decent and tasty like their Dubai Branch. One negative aspect was that the air conditioner was not working that day, and had a bit of a struggle on that, but now it’s hopefully fixed. nidheeshn.com
