I ordered these two and i am not happy with the taste. After one hour of waiting the soup was cold and very salty taste not as i expected. The chicken Quinoa salad can’t even describe the taste. The chicken meat wasn’t fresh at all and the food was very cold. They would have written it on the description at least that food is cold. Very disappointed with the taste. My AED 70 was wasted. I was just real hungry so i tried to eat a little bit of it. 🙁
I just received the home delivery order 30 min ago, which was by the way 15 min late than promised. Anyhow, the kale salad was good, the Broccoli soup is really good which I enjoyed. But unfortunately the Shish Tawook dish with brown rice was very awful! Although I put in the special cooking instruction to be will done, the chicken came the opposite which was under cooked! It was disgusting to my taste. I couldn’t eat it as it’s not edible for me specially under cooked chicken which is unhealthy and tastes horrible to me. I took a bite as I thought maybe it looks this way because of the marinations, but turned out to be really under cooked and slimy! I will give it away, maybe someone might eat that.
We used to be a loyal customers to Basiligo but our last three orders was late every time for more than 1 hour!! and the last order was forgotten by the restaurant and zomato did nothing for it.
First timer, ordered delivery and it was 20mins late. The food was cold by the time it arrived. Not worth it, even with the 30% zomato discount.
First of all it’s healthy and yummy too. Really enjoyed the food. It was filling and guilt-free satisfaction. Will order again. But only downside is delivery time which took almost one and half hours to reach
