The venue looks impressive. Service is kind of slow and was kinda surprising that the waitress had very less knowledge about the meals that being served at the place. Brings me to the most important point as the price is unnecessarily and ridiculously high. If the price was on a good and decent rate I’m sure this place will be packed 24/7. I was literally the only customer on a Thursday evening which was kind of shocking. Food tastes good but seriously, price needs to be re looked at if they are looking to bring in more customers.
Ambience:5*Coffees and variety fresh beverages: 5*Shisha: 4*Beautiful interiors. Very luxurious ambience. Shisha is around 30 Dhs with additional 5 Dh on plastic which is slightly on higher side than its neighbors.With wide and interesting variety of menus, this place definitely makes up for the added price. Make sure you try their extensive variety of coffee. This place will make you completly addicted for coco, caffiene & nicotine combo.Ladies you will love this place.
After drving of 1 hour reached to the place where i found —- Decor Is Luxury, inside & outside luxury seating, Mix music, declious Shawarma, different types of coffee, Special sheesha even with Pan flavour, tasty falafel & Yummy milkshakes the WoW factor overall. Hospitality Is amazing so gental & soft spoken Manger Sanjay, Humble serving girls, Hats off to the owner for bringing this type of place. 100% recommened for decent people & I see couples, gentleman & ladies feeling secure to enjoy the relaxation in a peacefull way. A Decent Place Where One Find Best Sheesha With Different Flavours of Deserts Along Variety of Coffee. I Also Found Mature & Respectable Crowd In Sitting. My Everyday Sitting Is 100% Locked From Onwards.
Drove extra 25 minutes out of my way to reach the store because I’ve been following on socially media for a while, looks can be deceiving, while it is clean & well kept it is on the smaller side (which is fine) but the tables are so close to each other & filled with men, which is fine as well but if you think about bringing any female costumers you will be stared at & thus why we left, very uncomfortable, this is upsetting because the question was asked on their page before & insured that it is family friendly.Hope great success to the owners, their menu & ideas are unique & interesting but we did not feel welcomed
On Tuesday 2nd October 2018 we called to book a table and to make sure they will show a match. We went there the match was showing and on the middle they changed it to another match because for another table without asking us who already reserved. We asked to speak to the manager and here is the worst part he was so rude to us and didn’t even try to solve the problem he said we will play this match not the one you want to watch. We said we will leave the place he said go no issue with out even trying to solve any issue or talking to the other people or even convincing us to stay as we should be a loyal customer for the place for the good service we are receiving from your staff the 2 Filipina and one Morroco and the Egyptian guy serving shisha we used to go there 3 to 4 times a week but now and because of this manager SAJI we will never step to it again. Bad manager can take a good staff and good place and destroy it. Please advise him to at least find any solution for the loyal customers.
