  It is an open secret that Tikka Tonight serves the best Pakistani food in Abu Dhabi. Their karhai (dumba peshawari if you don’t mind some fat, or mutton peshawari if you want to play it safe) is always fresh and flavorful, as are all the grills. Would specially recommend the ‘Shahi lamb chops’. My 5-star rating today is because of the exceptional service we received last night. Our server Zeeshan made us feel like his guests, ensuring we were comfortable and happy throughout. This is the kind of service any restaurant should strive for. Tikka Tonight isn’t your standard 5-star restaurant – it is located in a shabby industrial area, and very much like its surroundings, it is chaotic and mediocre-looking, with the same vibe as other iconic Pakistani places to eat like Ravi or Daily.   Post shopping at Dalma Mall, the family and I decided to try somewhere new, and based on Zomato reviews we decided to try Tikka Tonight.Tikka Tonight is situated in one of the bylanes in the indutrsial part of Musaffa, and looks quite unbecoming from the outside. On the inside , it is a whole different story.There are two sections, a general section and a closed family section. As the family section was full, we sat in the general section.We were greeted at the door by Nadeem the manager, who was extremely polite and inquired after us quite a few times.Our orders were taken by Zeeshan, who made some excellent recommendations.We ordered the Tikka Tonight 1/2 platter, and it exceeded expectations. It had chicken, lamb, beef, fish and grilled quail all served on a bed of fragrant rice. The kebabs were all superbly marinated and unbelievably tender and juicy each with their own distinct taste and flavor. 5/5The platter comes with an order of complimentary Afghani bread, a yoghurt dipping sauce and a green salad along with it. The only hiccup to the whole meal was finding out that we were charged for the ‘complimentary green salad’, but an inconsequential hiccup when looking at the dining experience in its entirety.We also ordered a portion of the Achari Mutton Handi. It was nice and creamy with just the right hint of ‘pickle’ aftertaste. 4/5Service was quick and efficient even though the restaurant was packed to the brim, and both Zeeshan and Nadeem inquired after us multiple times.Service 5/5Tikka Tonight has an extensive menu, and they serve Indian, Pakistani and Afghani dishes. If you are looking for a wholesome delicious meal and are a fan of Kebabs, then this is definitely the place for you.Tikka Tonight also offers excellent value for money in terms of quantity and quality of food. Tikka Tonight is a legitimate hidden gem. Two thumbs up and worth many repeat visits.
