Ordered through zomato today. The order was messed up along the way. We waited for our order for almost two hours. Manager was not helpful and said they cannot do anything about it unless it was communicated through Zomato. I contacted Zomato who contacted Shawarma Al Reem. Twenty minutes passed and still gave not received it so contacted zomato again. Finally, after almost two hours, the correct order was delivered. They collected the old order. I just feel that this could have been handled better!
