Very bad delivery experience! Given the fact that im located in the very same building, and we order food for most of the staff every day, you think you would get food delivered decently or at least intact! Very disappointing and even when I reached out to complain, their answer was “Sorry, it won’t happen again!”And by the way, food was not worth the wait and definitely over priced.
Nice and beautiful restaurant with good international food.But I can’t go back there again because one of the shot customer service girl is very rude, lack respect and manner to talk to customer’s but apart from that the restaurant is the best
One of the best restaurant with delicious food but the only problem is the customer service. One of the short customer service girl was very rude to me.
When I pay 35$ dirham for small dish of butter chicken I expect at least the chicken to be fresh and not frozen cubes. It was very clear and I checked with the cashier who confirm that.
Don’t order because food takes forever to reach. I had to wait for 2 hours and then cancelled my order. Worst customer service ever. Never ordering again.
