Staying at the ibis for a couple of days . The breakfast spread is minimal and some days , the taste and quality may surprise you . The omelets today were awful , unpalatable , leather dipped in industrial grease . Not sure if I’d want to be spending 59aed for this experience . Better off ordering in in-house or popping in to a nearby cafe for breakfast . So disappointed
Probably,the worst of my experiences in the 12 years of Hotel Stays in the UAE.The UAE is known for it’s hospitality and warm welcome. In a nutshell : The staff is careless and doesnt even gives a damn to ask it’s customers if they need something or were in difficult situation to find something.Hard to understand the rude attitude of the floor staff.The staff acted as the General Managers and didnt even have courtesy to seek a feedback.Food was not replenished when empty.Felt like i came to a charity food center.Would never bring in my family here as nothing impressive
Went here for the free buffet breakfast we had for our stay. Just a very minimal variety but the food were really good. Enjoyed their different pastries. I also loved their fried potatoes and chinese sausage!
