I love dosa so hot crispy never had home delivery service like this so yummm samber I order around 11:30 but the prepare on the same time truly happy good food
Firstly the staff who took the order seemed like he did us a favor by doing so.Secondly I think it should be changed from restaurant to something else cause it was over crowded but not with the staffs or ppl but housefly’s and some roaches.Thirdly the food served was literally terrible especially the beef coconut fry. It tasted more like some other meat to be honest.Fourth and the last the staff who was in charge of the POS system should keep in mind that there should be some respect given to the customer I don’t think anyone would like it if their change is simply thrown on the counter.All these I’ve told only cause the management might be unaware of what’s happening there. Hoping that some action is taken in all these matters.
Terrible experience. The food came in cold after an hour and 15 mins. When I called the restaurant to check the status , they hung up. I understand that delays happen, but you don’t hang up the phone abruptly with your customers.
