Significantly overpriced (and it always was). Restaurant prices with a food court location. Staff is not polite and in some point arguing and even rude. Quality of food nothing special. If you know the real taste of kebab, you won’t be impressed. Not recommended unless you have no other options to eat.
DO NOT ORDER, whether the restaurant is closed permanently. delivery time is very, very terrible, took 3 hours and still didn’t get what I ordered. finally, it says in the order details it’s delivered but didn’t receive. Worst order ever. even Zomato support asked me to wait 10-15 mins every time when I asked for support.
My Experience @ Al SafeerAmbience : 2.5/5Staff: 2.5/5 Courteous Food: 3/5Its situated in City Center Ajman Food Area, We were 5 people we ordered family meal. All kebabs were good, some of them I didnt like, but others liked it.
The food was very bad, cold, and like samples only, although it’s not cheap, very high prices , so the food quality has to be better than this. food i will give 0/5 , staffs i will give maybe 3/5 , i don’t recommend at all.
We had mix grill n sultani kabab. Both were ok. Little dry to my likings. Rice cooked well n hummus was good. Serving time was around 15 mins. mylifeconversations.wordpress.com
Chicken Sharwarma with Pickles was my order, A little overpriced compared to the taste but if you craving Arabic in the Food Court at ACC you dont have any other option.Al Safeer this branch the taste has just deuterated over the years. We had ordered the Shish Tawook and the Boneless Grilled Chicken. The Shish Tawook was pathetic,it was small and the pieces were rubbery while the grilled chicken was decent but it did have some bones in it. Highly Dissappointed
