Was not feeling well so decided to go for home delivery. The delivery was late waiting for almost 2 hours now yet my food not arrived yet. driver cannot find my home well in fact im just 10 mins away from their branch. Dont they use google maps or waze to find the location?

I’ve waited for 1 and half hour for my order the sad thing is one of my order they didn’t put rice, so I just ate chicken without rice.
Do not order in this branch or else you need to wait for your food for a long time . Very Bad service . I’ve ordered many times in this branch because this is the only branch that they have in ajman . But the delivery time will take hours , they will deliver your order late for sure!
Food was cold, even the delivery time is too long, taste is not good and finally i ordered family meal spicy and receive it normal
Jollibee has now become one of my FAVORITE places to grab freshly cooked fried chicken and cheesy pasta! I’ve not had as fresh and delicious fried chicken from elsewhere yet.At the same time, it’s not even too pricey! The best part is, they’ve got some amazing deals every now and then which can benefit families with great amount of members.The PORTION size is justifiable. It’s neither too little nor too much.I especially loved their Ramadan meal where they offered all their best bits in one combo. I’m definitely going back!!!
