Unfortunately I did not see the reviews here before placing my order. As was other customers’ experience, no update for 2 hours after ordering, despite Zomato and my attempts. Luckily, I had not paid in advance.After this the delivery guy called to know my address. Told him I don’t want the food and to ask the manager to call me back. Obviously they aren’t bothered.#Zomato what are you doing about this? This is clearly a trend and we need to know what action are you taking!
Horrible service ajman branch from 2 hours pizza is not delivered after calling them twice the reason is driver is not available pizza came after two hours very un healthy won’t recommend anybody
The worst experience ever. We had ordered and wait for long. Need to call them for follow up. Later they delivered a cold pizza,, asking for the money to pay, yet I ordered In zomato and paid. Failed to collect money, delivery guy threw the receipt on me.
Papa John’s has been one of my favourites when it comes to pizza but I had a very bad experience with their place in Ajman Industrial. Cleanliness wise the shop is doing very bad. The worst thing was the deep and huge cracks on all tables surfaces. These are a very good refuge for bacteria and germs not to mention the unpleasant look. The glass windows looked as if they have not been cleaned for ages, smeared with food and junk.I have eaten in Papa John’s near American Hospital in Dubai. Wonderful in all sense. Vert clean and everything looks hygienic. Papa John’s Ajman Industrial should follow their footsteps.Please take this a positive criticism and initiate necessary steps to rectify the issue.I love Papa John’s pizza!
