12:30 – no answer on whatsapp12:31 – called made order for two large Koshari Original.12:32 – gave delivery the location over whatsapp13:30 – called to ask where the delivery is13:52 – still no delivery and no help from the main restaurant even though I called them twice. 13:56 – food finally arrived and it’s cold. Not the delivery driver fault. Staff need the right tools and training for the job. Tasted Koshari in Global Village and Koshari Keda in Abu Dhabi, This is not anywhere near as good as what I have had before. Zero customer service. Will not order again. loveajman.ae
